What is the return policy?
Monogrammed items cannot be returned. All other items can be returned but the return shipping costs are not.

What are the shipping options?
Please contact me if you need other options besides USPS priority mail.

What do I do if I never received my order?
All items ordered are created soon after and require an allotted time which is given on your initial estimate. I can send you (pictures and/or videos) updates throughout the manufacturing process.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Depending on what stage I am on, some changes can be made. Please contact me for information.

When will I receive my order?
Tracking number will be given immediately after completion of an order.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
During our consult/estimate time, measurements will be taken and checked during the process. There are times were dyeing and/or wetting may alter the measurements. If it does not fit, I will alter item or recreate it a bit larger at no cost.
